What You Can Expect:
The Philanthropy Data & Operations Manager leads the donor services team at St. Luke’s Health Foundation, overseeing database management, gift processing, reporting, and donor stewardship. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing Raiser’s Edge, the Foundation’s primary donor database, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and functionality to support strategic fundraising efforts. The manager drives operational excellence, collaborates with Foundation leadership and fundraising teams to align database strategies with organizational goals, and identifies opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
In addition to managing day-to-day database operations, this position oversees gift administration, fund management, and donor intent, while working closely with accounting and finance teams. The manager also provides expertise on Raiser’s Edge capabilities, offering insights into best practices for tracking donor and prospect information, analyzing fundraising performance, and implementing operational enhancements. The role plays a critical part in supporting online fundraising solutions, auditing processes, and ensuring compliance with Foundation policies and procedures, creating a seamless and impactful experience for donors and stakeholders alike.
