What You Can Expect:

  • Manages assigned territory by meeting monthly goals, executing outreach plan, and maintaining client relationship management software with current provider.

  • Develops strong relationships with independent physicians and administrators within an assigned territory.

  • Partners with territory clinics to determine unmet needs, identify problems or concerns, and offer solutions.

  • Engages with St. Luke’s service line and operational leaders to convey opportunities and resolve issues escalated from independent clinics. 

  • Communicates system messages and service line initiatives to territory clinics.

  • Accountable for the successful planning and execution of physician engagement and Continuing Medical Credit events.

  • Leads projects as assigned by manager and shares updates and relevant communication with team. 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 4 year's experience.
