What You Can Expect:

  • responsible for supporting the manager in overseeing projects that include the financial and product management, volunteer scheduling and oversight for the Gift Shop.
  • Knowledgeable in all Gift Shop procedures.
  • Trains, supervises and assists in day-to-day gift shop volunteer activities.
  • Provides statistical/financial information/reports.
  • Maintains accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Manages and oversee all inventory processes.
  • Researches and resolve issues within gift shops as needed.
  • This role will require Saturdays and some evenings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 year relevant experience
