  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build consensus and engage key internal stakeholders (finance, supply chain, leadership) to ensure alignment on DEI and ESG priorities and sourcing strategies.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Manage relationships with key suppliers, driving performance improvement, resolving disputes, and fostering collaboration on DEI and ESG initiatives.
  • Market Insights & Trends: Analyze industry trends, supplier capabilities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for DEI and ESG-focused suppliers, driving innovation and ensuring the best value for the organization.
  • Category Performance Monitoring: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for suppliers to ensure performance meets DEI, ESG, and sustainability targets while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Training & Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to other sourcing managers, providing training on e-auctions, DEI, and ESG-related sourcing practices. Help document and standardize sourcing processes and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Category Leaders, Finance, and other stakeholders to integrate DEI and ESG objectives into category management strategies and sourcing processes.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of spend data and supplier performance, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement in sourcing and procurement practices related to DEI and ESG goals.
