Overview

We are seeking an experienced paralegal with a strong background in legal processes, particularly immigration and litigation, to join our team. This role requires expertise in legal concepts, practices, and procedures, as well as exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

 

Schedule:

  • Onsite Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

What You Can Expect:

  • Provide expert-level support to the Labor and Employment team in preparing and interpreting legal documents, filings, contracts, and guidance with immigration and litigation support.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze documents, communications, filings, databases, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, clients, external agencies, and various stakeholders.
  • Utilize independent judgment to handle diverse and complex legal matters, consulting with team members on intricate issues.
  • Lead and mentor other staff, fostering growth and development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's Degree or Paralegal Certificate required. HSD/GED + 2 more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: 6 years of relevant experience.
