The Wellness Coordinator position is a great start into a department career at our organization! The Wellness Coordinator will work independently and collaborate with the Employee Health Solutions team on program development, coordination, implementation and ongoing administration of health and wellness services. Position reports to the System Wellness Manager.


Required Criteria 

  • Bachelor of Science degree in health education, exercise science, public health or a related field.
  • Proven leadership ability with a minimum of three (3) years previous project management experience.
  • Strong event and project planning experience required.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Computer expertise, including information systems and computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio). Additional knowledge of online health risk assessments, coaching applications, survey tools and social marketing preferred.
  • Strong research skills necessary. Knowledge of health and wellness programs and their expected outcomes.
