Part-Time Schedule:

  • 5 days per week, 4 hour shifts OR
  • 4 days per week, 5 hour shifts
  • Working hours will need to be between 12-4pm or 11-4pm

What You Can Expect:

  • Support the Deficiency Tracking team that oversees patient charts for the Treasure Valley. 
  • Verifies, imports, preps, scans, and maintains patient health records accurately and timely.
  • Reviews medical records for completeness, compliance, and documentation requirements.
  • Assigns deficiencies to providers and monitors incomplete records for timely completion.
  • Indexes documentation into the electronic health record and creates new encounters/orders as needed.
  • Communicates with physicians, office staff, and healthcare facilities regarding health records.
  • Processes health information requests and releases records per regulations and facility standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year experience.
