Overview

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

What You Can Expect:

  • Support the Foundation and Auxillary teams and serve as our Volunteer Liaison. 
  • Provides advanced administrative and support services, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Handles moderately complex issues and escalates more complex matters as needed.
  • Interacts professionally with staff, leadership, physicians, and the public to provide information and support.
  • Manages calendars, schedules meetings, arranges travel, and handles correspondence.
  • Performs word processing, data entry, and document preparation across various computer programs.
  • Maintains departmental records, including timesheets, expenses, invoices, and office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years relevant experience.
