We are excited to welcome an experienced Charge Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the cutting-edge Nampa Family Birth Center! This state-of-the-art facility offers:

  • 14 LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) suites, including 7 paired with NICU
  • 8 private NICU suites
  • 2 operating rooms (ORs) and 4 triage rooms
  • An average of 100 deliveries per month

Our highly trained, dedicated team of nurses, staff, and providers is committed to delivering compassionate and exceptional patient care in a positive, collaborative, and safe environment.

 

What You can expect from this role:

  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible new hires
  • Full-time night shift schedule (3x12s) with shift differential pay
  • 7.5% Charge pay available 
  • 40 additional PTO hours for night shift employees

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN)
  • Experience: 1+ years of RN experience required
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross)
