What You Can Expect
This senior-level financial analysis role is critical to the sucess of St. Luke's Health System by closely partnering with leaders to provide the necessary data for business unit growth, innovation, and effective operation using financial data and operational insights. The successful candidate will bring advanced financial acumen and analytical skills, combined with exceptional communication, influencing, and collaboration to inform decision-making within operations to ensure that financial performance benefits our health system’s mission.
This position will be the main financial business partner for the business units of Home Health & Hospice, Inpatient Rehab, and Hospital at Home - all contained within our Home & Community-Based Services portfolio.
