Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm working onsite at the St. Luke's Warehouse.

What You Can Expect:

  • Managing electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely documentation.
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40-50lbs.
  • Reviewing medical records for dates of birth, dates of service, calculate the correct destruction dates, ensuring we aren't destroying legal holds, and alphabetizing records.
  • Validate completeness of medical record content and notify leadership of any deficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year experience.
