Overview

We're looking for a Part-Time (0.8 FTE) Nurse Navigator to join our High Risk Breast Breast Clinic team in Meridian!

 

We are looking for a great team player who functions well in a fast paced clinic environment. If you have a passion for disease prevention and health promotion, this role may be for you!

 

What You Can Expect:

  • Room new patients as the clinic nurse.
  • Manage patient inquiries via in-basket and voicemail as the triage nurse.
  • Evaluate incoming referrals, refer to genetic counseling, and run risk scores after Screening Tool Form preparation as the referral nurse.
  • 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday - no weekends / holidays!

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors of Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 2 years's of RN experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Breast Health and Oncology experience is ideal.
