Overview

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Patient Access Specialists strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm located in downtown Boise

 

What you can expect from this role:

  • This position supports financial health by validating insurance and benefits.

  • Submitting and monitoring insurance prior authorizations for various services at St. Luke's, and navigating pre-service denials.

  • This position works with patients, physicians, nurses, clinic managers, registration, and financial advocates to resolve issues that arise during the prior authorization process.

  • Assistance with check-in and registration 
  • Use a variety of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflows.

Minimum qualifications for this role:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
