Overview

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID seeks an experienced Recruiter to join our Physician & Provider Talent Acquisition team. This role leads strategic and consultative talent acquisition services to support physician workforce needs. As a subject matter expert in full cycle recruiting and general HR business knowledge, this position exercises a high level of discretion, attention to detail, flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. This role is fully remote in Oregon or Idaho only, but may require on-site support for interview days.

 

What You Can Expect:

  • Leads the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process for physicians across multiple specialties;
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with physicians, medical schools, residency programs, and professional organizations to build a robust talent pipeline;
  • Utilizes various sourcing techniques, including passive search, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify top talent;
  • Partners with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce planning needs and create strategic hiring initiatives;
  • Ensures a seamless and best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process;
  • Stays updated on industry trends and compliance regulations related to physician recruitment;
  • Achieves key performance metrics as defined by Talent Acquisition Leadership.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • 4 years relevant professional experience;
  • Previous full-cycle recruitment experience preferred
