What You Can Expect:

The Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for management of day to day operations in preparing, reviewing, auditing and processing accounts receivable transactions.

  • Provides day-to-day oversight to a team of revenue cycle professionals.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff.
  • Interprets agency requirements and policies/practices for department and provides support.
  • Performs difficult and complex duties requiring advanced techniques, extensive and diversified knowledge within specialized areas.
  • Independently makes decisions, authorizes actions, and manages the department.
  • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
  • In collaboration with Senior Leadership, designs, develops and implements focused strategies.
  • Actively participates in the budget and goal setting process.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's Degree
  • Experience: 4 year's experience.
