The Surgical Services team in Boise has a rare Service Line Program Manager position open. 

 

Schedule: 1.0 FTE Exempt (Monday-Friday) On Site position in Boise. 0645 am to 430pm. (some flexibility in schedule/hours)

 

What you can expect: 

 

The Service Line Program Manager 2 (non-RN) is responsible for managing, coordinating, and participating in a variety of administrative and/or clinical activities related to programs within the Surgical Services service line at the St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center.

 

  • The Program Manager Administers and coordinates operational activities of assigned programs.
  • Plans, develops, and implements goals and objectives of assigned programs in conjunction with appropriate leadership.
  • Oversees the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of programs.
  • Assists in the development, implementation, direction, and coordination of policies and programs consistent with company philosophy and objectives.
  • Coaches and supports staff to serve the service line's population.
  • Communicates programs priorities, policies, and procedures as they relate to strategic growth to clinical and system leadership.
  • Participates in establishing and maintaining communication between ancillary departments and physicians, nursing personnel and other health care professions regarding programs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in Surgical Services: (Operating room, orderly, core, and sterile processing) 
  • Open to considering an RN in the Surgical Services area of specialty, 
  • Licenses/Certifications: None
