St. Luke's is launching a new Behavioral Response Team (BRT) at our Boise Campus. Come join us and help make a difference in the patients and communities we serve! This is a dedicated nursing resource to regularly engage with patients, family members and the interdisciplinary team.
Are you passionate about behavioral health and the rising needs in our community? St. Luke's is looking for a Lead RN to guide them with their behavioral health patients. You will be looked at for your expertise in training our nursing staff and collaborating with the health care team. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, APPLY TODAY!
Schedule: 0.15 FTE (12 hours per pay period). This role will work 1 12 hour shift per pay period, possibly more, with variable hours, primarily during the day and evening.
What You Can Expect:
The RN Psych Lead will oversee the behavioral health population as well as train team members on how to deescalate and manage these patients. This RN will also be responsible for chart audits, including restraint use.
