We are currently hiring for a Full - Time Nurse Manager 2 for our Ambulatory Nursing Administration Team!

 

What You Can Expect:

 

As a Nurse Manager in Nursing Administration, you will play a key leadership role in fostering clinical excellence across St. Luke’s Clinics. This position focuses on collaboration, partnership, and alignment of best practices to support various Ambulatory Service lines. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality patient care, adherence to clinical policies, and the promotion of shared governance principles.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Champion a culture of safety, patient-centered care, and continuous quality improvement.

  • Act as a clinical liaison and key partner in driving operational excellence.

  • Support onboarding, competency development, and clinical education initiatives.

  • Lead clinical workflow enhancements and contribute to strategic projects that improve patient care and efficiency.

  • Travel to clinics within the service line as needed to provide leadership and support.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors' of Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 5 years' clinical experience in assigned area
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.

     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ambulatory care settings and leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of clinical policies, protocols and procedures
