We are currently searching for more Inpatient Rehab CNA's to join our team! The CNA in our Inpatient Rehab/Skilled Nursing Facility has a unique opportunity to play an integral part in the long-term healing for our Neuro and Ortho patients.  With an average stay of 14 days for each patient, you will have the opportunity to build a long-term rapport with patients. Our Inpatient Rehab facility has an 85% rate of discharge into the home, and you will have the chance to be a central part of that great success for our patients. Certified Nursing Assistant 2 or Nurse Apprentice

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 2, assists nursing personnel in providing patient care in assigned areas. Responsibilities include performing various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients, documenting information in patient record, performing various direct patient care activities under direction of licensed patient care provider, communicating information with patient care providers and other nursing staff members to facilitate patient care, and assisting physicians and other nursing. 


Required Criteria 

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Current CNA license
  • 0-6 months relevant experience and demonstrated expanded skill set as required by unit/department
