HR Business Partner Sr.
The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a consultant and partner to business and functional organizations. This position aligns HR strategy to business priorities and delivers HR solutions that help clients meet business objectives through workforce planning, recruiting, organizational design and structure, talent management, leadership development, employee relations, performance management and employee and manager coaching. In collaboration with System HR leaders, this position coordinates services for HR functions including, benefits, compensation, affirmative action, employee health and education.
This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of HR Strategy, and partners with System functions and shared services to coordinate and ensure the effective design, development and implementation of HR policies, programs and services.
