What to Expect
• Meaningful, hands-on care—You’ll provide direct nursing support under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring each patient receives high-quality, compassionate care aligned with hospice standards.
• Purpose-driven work—Deliver comfort-focused care that helps manage symptoms and enhance quality of life for patients, while offering emotional support to their families during deeply personal moments.
• Team-based collaboration—Work side by side with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to creating holistic, personalized care plans that honor each patient’s journey.
• A role beyond the bedside—Travel to patient homes throughout McCall and surrounding communities, building meaningful relationships while educating patients and caregivers to help them feel confident and supported.
Preferred Experience
• One (1) year of LPN experience in a long-term care or hospice setting.
Qualifications
• Education: Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Idaho.
