We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing activities in Clinical Purchased Services, including specialized service lines such as Healthcare Tracking Management (HTM), Information Technology, and Laboratory Services. What You Can Expect

  • Lead Strategic Sourcing: Manage a wide range of clinical and specialized services categories, overseeing the end-to-end sourcing process, including supplier identification, contract negotiation, and management.
  • Drive Cost Savings: Utilize strategic sourcing methodologies to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure the long-term sustainability of supplier contracts.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal teams, external suppliers, and key stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals and create consensus on major decisions.
  • Optimize Supplier Performance: Manage and develop relationships with suppliers, continuously measuring performance to ensure quality, compliance, and value delivery.
  • Manage Service Agreements: Oversee service agreements related to medical equipment and other clinical services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational needs.
  • Use Data to Inform Decisions: Leverage spend data and market insights to identify opportunities for savings, supplier consolidation, and process improvement across clinical categories.
  • Healthcare Tracking Management (HTM): Work with teams to track, monitor, and manage HTM service agreements, ensuring contract compliance and driving performance improvements.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead sourcing initiatives across multiple sites, driving standardization, cost reduction, and process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strategic Sourcing Expertise: Proven experience in leading strategic sourcing processes, particularly in healthcare or clinical services.
  • Supplier Management: Strong background in managing long-term supplier relationships and driving continuous improvements.
  • Healthcare Tracking Management (HTM): Familiarity with HTM processes and service agreements, particularly in the medical equipment or clinical services domain.
  • Negotiation Skills: Advanced skills in negotiating complex contracts, focusing on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to drive value.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market dynamics and supplier capabilities within clinical services.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess spend data and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • MS Excel: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to analyze procurement data and trends.
