We are seeking a dynamic Program Director for Trauma Services - a new position that will work in dyad with the Trauma Medical Director - to establish a system level trauma program to advance our commitment to providing comprehensive, trauma-informed care to our patients and improving overall community health service by facilities across Idaho. What You Can Expect

 

  • Provide leadership and management for Trauma Services, including long-term strategic and financial planning, operations, quality/performance improvement, and clinical program development.
  • Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the patient care system for trauma.
  • Administers and directs operational activities for trauma services.
  • In conjunction with the Medical Director, develops the strategic vision and plan for system level trauma services.
  • Oversees the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of programs.
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, direction, and coordination of policies and programs.
  • Provides leadership, guidance and continuing education to trauma staff.
  • Communicates programs priorities, policies, and procedures as they relate to strategic growth to clinical and system leadership.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in nursing
    • 7 years’ experience in specialty area
    • Current Idaho RN license
