We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Talent Insights Analyst to join our team in Boise, ID!
In the role of Sr. Analyst of Talent Insights you will provide in- depth workforce analytics which support data- driven decision making across our entire Health System. In this role you will develop the analytics necessary to support workforce related measurements and continuous improvement with meaningful data. The data you work with, analyze and produce will be readily available to the organizations leaders to ensure effective workforce planning. In this role you will play an integrate part in developing and presenting survey results, key metrics and analysis to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and other teams to build specific business initiatives across the organization. As a Sr. Analyst of Talent Insights you will help execute strategy through better understanding, planning, and engagement of our people.
