What You Can Expect:

 

Schedule & Locations:

  • Set schedule: Choose between 4x10s or 5x8s

  • Rotating Saturday and holiday call shared among the team

  • Primarily based at Boise Campus with occasional floating to other campuses

Inpatient Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage various wound types and skin conditions

  • Provide pressure injury prevention and wound staging

  • Educate patients with new ostomies

  • Perform procedures: wound debridement, NPWT, nail care, compression therapy

  • Use evidence-based dressings and treatment plans

  • Support diverse patient populations (neonates to geriatrics)

Outpatient (Ostomy Clinic):

    • Preoperative site marking and teaching

    • Manage post-surgical ostomy issues and complications

    • Deliver compassionate care and support to patients and families

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 2 years's of RN experience
  • Licenses/Certifications:
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
  • Current RN License from State of Practice
  • CWOCN or CWON
  •  Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance if work related travel is required for position
