What You Can Expect:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified professional to join our leadership team as a Supervisor of Imaging Services. This person will collaborate with the Interventional Radiology leadership team to ensure the highest standards in process standardization, patient care, and quality improvement. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of technologists. This leadership position is critical in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and service to our patients. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of technologists
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes for Interventional Radiology
  • Collaborate with the IR leadership across sites to drive quality improvement initiatives
  • Support the maintenance and compliance of industry accreditation requirements
  • Foster a positive and efficient work environment for IR staff

 

Minimum Qualifications for this Role:

  • Education: Bachelors' degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience: 2 years' relevant experience
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Must have current registry in one medical imaging modality AND
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in interventional radiology and leadership
  • Strong procedural and equipment knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
