We are hiring for a Children's Perioperative Clinic team at the Children's Pavilion in Boise!

 

What You Can Expect:

 

In this Nurse Navigator role with the Children’s Perioperative Clinic, you will play a key part in preparing pediatric patients for surgery by providing direct clinical care and personalized patient navigation. You’ll serve as a critical liaison between families, providers, and the surgical team—ensuring patients are optimized for their procedure and families feel informed and supported every step of the way. In addition to pre-operative coordination, you’ll also support complex pediatric patients transitioning from inpatient care back to the ambulatory setting, helping ensure a smooth, safe, and well-communicated discharge and follow-up plan. This role is ideal for an experienced, compassionate RN who thrives in collaborative, detail-oriented environments and is passionate about making a difference in a child’s surgical journey.

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p or variable upon discussion 

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors of Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 2 years's of RN experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a surgical practice is a plus
