Overview

The Professional Billing and Insurance Recovery department is looking for a motivated Coding Denial Associate to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role you will be responsible for providing support in the function areas of Revenue Cycle, as well as ensuring adherence to coding guidelines, company policies, procedures, and related government regulations.

 

Required Criteria
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Completion of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology coursework required; OR
Currently enrolled or completed a coding program required

 

Preferred Criteria
Experience: 3 years’ of experience in the functional area or related experience
Licenses/Certifications: Must have at least one of the following credentials: RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator), RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician), or any American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) coding credential, or any American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) coding credential, including CPC, CPC-A, and CCS
