What You Can Expect in This Role:

  • Work as an integral part of our team in McCall, where you'll help deliver top-tier care in a collaborative and engaging clinic setting.
  • Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering you the work-life balance you deserve. We are closed on weekends and some holidays. 
  • As part of our orthopedic clinic, you'll help patients manage chronic conditions, recover from acute injuries (strains/sprains/broken bones), and work alongside a diverse team of professionals including doctors, nurses, athletic trainers, physician assistants, radiology technicians, and nonclinical/administrative staff. 
  • You will help guide patient through surgery consultation and pre-surgical education to post-operative care.
  • Observe procedures in the operating room to enhance understanding and improve triage assessment skills and patient education delivery. 
  • You will perform a variety of tasks, including assisting providers brace and cast applications, arthrocentesis and intraarticular injection, ultrasound, and PRP.
  • Cross train to the neighboring General Surgery clinic for department support.
  • Come join our team and have fun utilizing your skills to the fullest and gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 1+ years of RN experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
