This is a great opportunity to advance    What You Can Expect - Work with a broad, cross-functional team of providers, genetic counselors, nurse navigators, IHT, pathology, cardiothoracic surgery, and other medical professionals along with the director of oncology pharmacy to develop a pharmacist-led PMP - Develop relationships with testing vendors - Identify and evaluate labs for testing, collaborating to test, streamline testing processes, and ensure appropriate testing - Collaborate with IHT to integrate Epic Aura with existing systems - Consult, make recommendations and serve as a resource for the Tumor Board - Provide clinical education and work to establish/improve patient education on tests and results   Requirements - Degree from an accredited pharmacy program - Valid Idaho Pharmacist License - Certification in Pharmacogenomics is preferred
