St. Luke’s Clinic: Infectious Disease seeks a BC/BE Infectious Disease physician to join our phenomenal team of extensively trained and highly dedicated providers comprised of five physicians and three APP's, with the upcoming recruitment of an ID pharmacist to shortly follow. This position consists of a mixture between 66-75% inpatient and 25-33% outpatient, with rounding at the Boise, Meridian, Nampa hospitals and Infectious Disease Clinic. We serve patients with acute and chronic complex infections. The practice is primary general infectious diseases but do have a bone marrow transplant program, Chair the Infection Control committees and provide antimicrobial stewardship leadership. Our infectious disease physicians have direct APP support, and as well as the option for providing care by way of telemedicine.
Call is 1:6 weekendswith very minimal night call by phone, between two to four nights per month. St. Luke’s Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Flex/PRN) to join our Acute CareOccupational Therapy team at our Boise and Meridian locations.
Schedule: 1-2 days per 2-week pay period; weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing comprehensive evaluation including, but not limited to, collecting subjective and objective data, analysis of data, and creation of treatment plan.
- Administers interventions consistent with treatment plan based on evidence based best practice, provider protocol and governing standards.
- Follows policies and procedures in accordance with all regulatory agency requirements.
- Document care based on standards of practice, patient acuity and/or clinical priorities.
- Maintain professional relationships and convey relevant information to other members of the healthcare team within facility and any applicable referral agencies.
- Maintain patient confidence and protects organization operations by keeping information confidential.
- Independently manages the care of patients with conditions common to the unit/area of assignment. Exercises initiative and independent judgment. Manages caseload and maintains productivity standards for unit consistently.
