Determine appropriate therapeutic treatment and provide rehabilitation. - Perform medical history on patients, including but not limited to, history of injury or condition, primary or chief complaint, past medical history, and medication reconciliation. - Assist provider with establishing and documenting patient's health care plan and progress. - Order entry for diagnostic studies, other referrals and/or medications under the direction of the supervising physician. - Perform therapeutic procedures such as wound care, dressing changes, suture removal, prepping for injections, diagnostic ultrasound, cast and/or durable medical equipment (DME) application and removal. - Administrative/clerical responsibilities necessary for effective and efficient clinic flow.   Qualifications:  - Education: Bachelor Degree and completion of an accredited Athletic Trainer Residency Program - Licenses/Certifications: Licensed as a Certified Athletic Trainer in the state of practice. Board of Certification (BOC) certified. Current CPR certification.

St. Luke’s Health System is currently seeking a Cash Management Specialist to join our Point of Service Cash Support Team under the direction of our Revenue Cycle Manager for our Cash Management department!   POSITION SUMMARY The Cash Management Specialist is responsible for assisting patients with payments and questions on their billing account while simultaneously supporting other payment processing departments throughout the health system. This position provides a positive patient experience and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal regulations.   WHAT WILL I DO? A person in this position acts in two different capacities in order to enhance the patient experience. The first responsibility is to process patient payments, analyze patient accounts, identify issues and errors, and resolve discrepancies. The second aspect of this role is to assist all cash handling sites systemwide, via customer support and providing education. This is done by creating procedures, presenting training, and auditing to the policies. The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable counting, processing and balancing large amounts of cash. They need to be confident in multitasking, extremely detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be self-driven and work well without supervision. A willingness to have fun, work hard, and a true passion to help others and solve problems is key to succeeding in this role!   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Accept cash, check, and credit card payments in person from patients or patient representatives, or other appropriate personnel related to other payment/deposit activity. - Responsible for duties related to the processing of payments and analyzation of patient accounts to identify issues and errors. - Conveys detailed information regarding insurance payments, discounts, adjustments and patient responsibility to patients and/or customers and assists in interpreting account statements. - Responsible for proper documentation/authorization to support transactions. - Assists with cash handling set up of new sites. - Conducts systemwide onsite audits of cash handling practices. - Assists in creation and validation of training tools which support the education of system users. - Delivers appropriate level of instruction/training and/or assistance to system users. - May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues concerning cash handling. - Acts at technical expert on process(es) flow and may act as backup for processes outside of area of expertise. - Analyzes and interprets company policies, procedures and state and federal regulations affecting the assigned functional area - Some travel required - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking a Facility Maintenance/Mechanic to join our Maintenance team in a brand new state of the art Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine   The Facility Maintenance/Mechanic works independently to perform routine work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment.   Full time role: Potential Schedule (may be subject to change): Sunday-Wednesday 8pm-6am or Wednesday-Saturday 8pm-6am   What you can expect from this role: - Performs a variety of skilled work in the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. - Troubleshoots and addresses basic repairs and maintenance. - Interprets drawings, blueprints, schematics and diagrams for a variety of equipment. - Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and/or maintenance as needed. - Understands and has knowledge of codes, standards, rules and regulations involved in assigned maintenance activities. - Records maintenance and repair work performed and the costs of the work. - May be responsible for infectious waste removal and light carpentry duties. - Coordinate third party vendor support. Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments. - May be responsible for project management. - Assures compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures and with applicable federal, state and local codes, regulations and requirements. Dispose of materials according to regulations. - May prioritize, schedule, assign and coordinate the work of assigned staff to accomplish a wide variety of duties related to the building trades. - Serves as a trainer, lead or subject matter expert. Acts as first point of escalation. May participate in interview, training and onboarding process. May participate in performance improvement initiatives as needed. - Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. - Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
