St Luke's is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit (ICU)/Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and excellent communication skills, and a dedication to delivering high-quality patient care.
The unit has state of the art equipment including overhead lifts, Cardiac monitoring in every room, booms in the ICU rooms and is located in close proximity to the Emergency Department and Cardiac Cath Lab. All patient rooms are private. Nursing staff work closely with Cardiologists and Hospitalists in the provision of a very high standard of patient care.

The Clinical Support Unit provides an excellent opportunity for nurses to work throughout the hospital and to work in multiple specialty areas. Working in multiple areas/sites allows staff to treat different kinds of patients each day. Our unit helps staff develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork. Clinical support staff may have the opportunity to float to the following work areas:

• Post Partum / Mother Baby
• NICU

• Inpatient Psychiatrics (Canyon View)

We are a specialty unit that thrives on great teamwork, patient safety, and unit culture.
We have 11 beds for Labor & Delivery, 2 operating rooms, 2 PACUs and 17 beds for Mother & Baby.
Working in this unit provides opportunities to experience different areas of care (triage, labor, PP, and OR). We also help support our Maternal Child Units (NICU and Pediatrics).

• Mother Baby ratio 1:3 couplets
• Holiday groups (never work the same holiday back-to-back)
