The Director of Capital Project Management is responsible for St Luke's Health System's creation, development, and administration of all capital expenditures in relation to global supply chain procurement. This role will drive quality, cost, budget, and scope optimization using best practices, project management tools, metric dashboards, negotiation strategies and strategic supplier partnerships in alignment with the St. Luke's five-year capital investment plan.   Duties/Responsibilities: -Responsible for the creation of capital program metrics, dashboards in collaboration with the Data and Analytics team to ensure successful capital planning, delivery and execution using data transparency and integrity in an outward facing format.  -Identifies key barriers/core problems requiring the application of advanced problem-solving skills in order to deal creatively with multiple/complex situations. Makes decisions that produce effective results under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete or conflicting information.               -Collaborates with the Director of Sourcing to help establish lead supplier sourcing strategies, competitive sourcing events/RFPs, develop equipment standards, monitor, and adhere to project timelines and budgets, and ensure proactive communication to all stakeholders. -Partners with all levels of leadership and staff to ensure integration/coordination of projects while integrating Supply Chain resource planning to manage the capital projects at or within budget and scope throughout the St. Luke's Health System integrated delivery network.          -Serves as the primary interface with architects, facilities management, construction, and capital project stakeholders to provide resources needed for equipment selection and standardization, new facilities construction, and existing space renovations.  -Provides Expert level knowledge of fundamental project management tools, systems, processes, scheduling, financial reporting, FF&E, freight management and warehousing processes and systems.  -Manages the bidding, RFP and procurement process to include providing oversight and resource support for the Owner's representatives and other contractors.
