This role will drive quality, cost, budget, and scope optimization using best practices, project management tools, metric dashboards, negotiation strategies and strategic supplier partnerships in alignment with the St. Luke's five-year capital investment plan.   Duties/Responsibilities: -Responsible for the creation of capital program metrics, dashboards in collaboration with the Data and Analytics team to ensure successful capital planning, delivery and execution using data transparency and integrity in an outward facing format.  -Identifies key barriers/core problems requiring the application of advanced problem-solving skills in order to deal creatively with multiple/complex situations. Makes decisions that produce effective results under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete or conflicting information.               -Collaborates with the Director of Sourcing to help establish lead supplier sourcing strategies, competitive sourcing events/RFPs, develop equipment standards, monitor, and adhere to project timelines and budgets, and ensure proactive communication to all stakeholders. -Partners with all levels of leadership and staff to ensure integration/coordination of projects while integrating Supply Chain resource planning to manage the capital projects at or within budget and scope throughout the St. Luke's Health System integrated delivery network.          -Serves as the primary interface with architects, facilities management, construction, and capital project stakeholders to provide resources needed for equipment selection and standardization, new facilities construction, and existing space renovations.  -Provides Expert level knowledge of fundamental project management tools, systems, processes, scheduling, financial reporting, FF&E, freight management and warehousing processes and systems.  -Manages the bidding, RFP and procurement process to include providing oversight and resource support for the Owner's representatives and other contractors. In alignment with St. Luke's Strategic business initiatives and environmental sustainability initiatives.  -Delivers on the brand standards of the health system through continued advocation for the promotion of clinical and non-clinical equipment standardization strategies and develops quarterly and annual group buy strategies for the St. Luke's health system.  -Manages the use and strategic relationships with national market intelligence firms, equipment planning and procurement and analytical reporting within the Supply Chain Management scope of services.  -Partners with St. Luke's Operational and Clinical Excellence (OCIE) department to ensure continual improvement and use of the St Luke's Health System's standard project practices and methodology.  -Responsible for full employment life cycle for staff to include hiring, termination, performance management, coaching, training, and mentoring to staff.       Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree Experience: 10 years relevant experience Licenses/Certifications: None    

The Manager Warehouse/Materials Handling oversees and works to improve the daily tasks of Distribution Center Associates. Enforces security and inventory control programs. - Encourages open communication with staff and pursues continuous process improvements and efficiencies while maintaining a positive, results-oriented work environment in the warehouse. - Manages multiple priorities against tight deadlines by maneuvering the workforce to meet the workload. - Participates in the development and implementation of goals, KPI’s, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization. - Plans warehouse layout and material handling needs, such as space requirements, and storage methods, order picking, packing, and shipping procedures and material handling equipment utilization for storage and redistribution. - Compiles operational data to assist in preparing reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends, and appropriate recommendations and/or conclusions. - Generates, uses and documents standard or ad hoc reports to monitor operations, report on objectives, through-puts and KPI's according to protocols and procedures. - Protects physical assets by monitoring and verifying operation of various systems or departments, including facility security systems and alarm status; ensures visitors are controlled and monitored using badges; maintains facility cleanliness. - May assist workers in all activities of the operations. - Assist with budget preparation, and administration, as appropriate. - Responsible for full employment life cycle for staff to include hiring, termination, performance management, coaching, training, and mentoring to staff. - Performs other duties as assigned.   Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree. - Experience: 5 years' experience
