No week night call. - 3- Full Time: Monday – Thursday 4 x 10’s  off Friday-Tuesday for 5 consecutive days work Wednesday – Saturday 4 10’s. , 3 hours of call on Saturday and every 7th weekend. No weeknight call. - On call- participate in call schedule 1 weekday/week and every 7th weekend - General imaging to include orthopedic, pediatric, neuro imaging, breast imaging and many more! - Siemens 3T and 1.5 and GE 1.5 - Culture: strive to create excellent culture with an emphasis on work/life balance, maintain an adequate staffing structure to provide excellent patient care   Minimum Qualifications for this Role: - Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. - Licenses/Certifications: - American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI); - OR American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) certification. - American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification. St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking an full time RN Circulator to join our #Amazing Operating Room Surgical Services Team.  We take care of you through our iCare values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, and Respect.  Come join a team that is passionate about the patients and community we serve.  #FindYourSelfHere   ** $15k Sign on bonus offered for position (for new hires)    ** CNOR certification is preferred    The Boise OR has 4 Specialty Service Line Teams:   General/Pediatric (Trauma); St. Luke’s is the pediatric trauma center for the state of Idaho   Robotics/Oscopy: Three robots making St. Luke’s one of the largest robotic programs in the Northwest   Orthopedics: Specializing in robotic joint surgery, pediatric orthopedic procedures, sports medicine, and orthopedic trauma   Neurology: Neurosurgery with BrainLab and Stealth technologies, craniotomies, subdural hematomas, aneurysms, and fusions of the cervical and lumbar spine   Schedule:  We offer a variety of either day or evening schedules with 10 or 12 hour shifts.  Weekend shifts are also available with a differential.  Some call is required- could include: evenings, nights, holidays and weekends- call response time is 30 minutes.    Unit Summary The Boise Operating room serves all specialties outside CVOR and L&D. We are the largest OR in the system and support the highest acuity patient population in Pediatric Trauma, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Robotics, ENT, OMF, Plastics, Urology, Bariatrics and General surgery. We have a fast-paced environment that encourages teamwork and fosters ongoing growth. Job Description Responsibilities - Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments. - Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework. - Performs therapeutic nursing interventions. - Manages care of patients. - Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities - Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery. - Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Description Qualifications   - Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree- will consider ADN RNs as well - Experience: 1+ years RN experience in the operating room is required.   - BLS required- CNOR highly preferred
