Develops education and communication strategies that help drive consistent adherence to OSHA safe work practices and reduced DART injuries. Conducts various worksite evaluations to assess risk of exposures and proactively identify any unsafe conditions that may lead to injuries. Utilizes High Reliability Skills in everyday work, contributing to a strong organizational safety culture.

Unit/Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Epic HIM, deficiency tracking, release of information (ROI) processes, and dictation tools. They will be responsible for supporting and maintaining these systems, as well as working with end users to resolve issues and train them on new features.

- Manages and models the implants category annual spend across St. Luke’s Health System (SLHS) acute care facilities. Leads cross-functional sourcing teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies aimed at category standardization, capitation and/or market share growth.

About Neurology
The Boise Neurology Clinic is seeking a CNA to work with patients with neurological diseases in a busy clinic who can foster a supportive and compassionate environment.
