We are looking for a motivated Supervisor Food & Nutrition person to add to our health system!   St. Luke’s Magic Valley is currently accepting applications for a Supervisor Food & Nutrition position in Twin Falls, Idaho.  The Supervisor Food & Nutrition is responsible for the supervision of food service staff for organizational functions and the cafeteria.   Required Criteria   - Education: Associates degree or 2 years’ equivalent experience in lieu of degree - Experience: 4 years’ relevant experience - Licenses/Certifications:None   Responsibilities include but not limited to:   - Provides day-to-day oversight of the food and nutritional services operations. Provides leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Selects, develops, coaches, mentors, and assess performance of staff. Works with staff to promote resolution of conflict and counsels staff when standards are not met. Assists with coordination of schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels to remain compliant with department budget. Handles complex issues using advanced knowledge of procedures and policies. Refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Oversees the department’s safety and quality standards for staff to include regulatory compliance. Accountable for efficiency, productivity, quality and financial performance. Makes recommendations and assists with developing policies and procedures for the department. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to join our Connect team.   Connect is a health care Contact Center, located in downtown Boise. We are the gateway to our patient’s healthcare experience.  We provide a variety of services which include, phone scheduling and pre-registering patients for clinics and imaging centers, insurance authorizations, referral management, community services and surgery scheduling services. Each day over 250 + Connect Specialists navigate patients, families, and providers across the health care continuum.    These roles are high contact on the phone and online with customers and providers. Attention to detail and utilizing multiple applications simultaneously are equally important skills. We have day/early evening and weekend shifts available.
