The Director of Capital Project Management is responsible for St Luke's Health System's creation, development, and administration of all capital expenditures in relation to global supply chain procurement. This role will drive quality, cost, budget, and scope optimization using best practices, project management tools, metric dashboards, negotiation strategies and strategic supplier partnerships in alignment with the St. Luke's five-year capital investment plan.   Duties/Responsibilities: -Responsible for the creation of capital program metrics, dashboards in collaboration with the Data and Analytics team to ensure successful capital planning, delivery and execution using data transparency and integrity in an outward facing format.  -Identifies key barriers/core problems requiring the application of advanced problem-solving skills in order to deal creatively with multiple/complex situations.
