This position provides a positive patient experience and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal regulations.   WHAT WILL I DO? A person in this position acts in two different capacities in order to enhance the patient experience. The first responsibility is to process patient payments, analyze patient accounts, identify issues and errors, and resolve discrepancies. The second aspect of this role is to assist all cash handling sites systemwide, via customer support and providing education. This is done by creating procedures, presenting training, and auditing to the policies. The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable counting, processing and balancing large amounts of cash. They need to be confident in multitasking, extremely detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be self-driven and work well without supervision. Scrutinizes and analyzes inventory issues and applies LEAN Six Sigma methods to prepare recommendations. - Reviews and sets optimal inventory levels using system generated demand plans and best in class reorder methods and tools. Reviews forecasted demand with appropriate stakeholders and makes adjustments based on forecast accuracy and localized service area climate(s). - Incorporates inventory planning for highly seasonal and/or “in-demand” products and ensures that CSC inventory settings are updated accordingly. Proactively re-balances excess inventory to ensure sufficient supply, improve inventory utilization, and minimize obsolescence. - Responsible for analyzing data and generating monthly dashboards/reports to ensure inventory accuracy. Analyzes supply and demand imbalances and facilitates resolution throughout the supply chain. - Coordinates a cycle count program in a perpetual inventory environment to identify necessary recounts and processes to be monitored and provide regular reports on results. Coordinates the efforts of cycle counts to identify and correct discrepancies on items at the location level as needed. Implement processes that effectively reduce inventory loss, excess and obsolescence. - Facilitates process driven conversations with internal and external stakeholders.
