Unit/Position Summary:
We are a 1 MD, 2 PA clinic with layers of RN and CNA support. We have a very cool clinic in that we establish long term relationships with patients from their diagnosis through their treatments and follow ups. It is wonderful experience to be on this journey with our patients. Our clinic is unique in the regard that we provide surgical services for our oncology patients, with continued treatments if indicated. We provide some procedures within our clinic including prostate biopsies, ureteral stent removals, and cystoscopies. Our clinic houses the only URO-NAV machine in the state of Idaho, providing cutting edge technology for biopsies. Our clinic provides a comprehensive skillset for an individual by working in an outpatient setting, procedures, and oncologic treatments. (full-time - only for referrals)

The float position is M-F, 0800-1630.

BUSINESS ANALYSIST 2- CYBER SECURITY RESILIENCY
St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity to join the Cyber Security Department and a growing Cyber Resiliency Program as a Business Analyst 2. Cyber Resiliency includes components of cyber security incident response, continuity of technical systems, and restoration to normal operations. The Business Analyst 2 collaborates with clinical and non-clinical departments to increase overall preparedness to cyber security events. If you are a motivated individual with the desire to be part of a compelling, fast paced, and rapidly expanding career field, this position would be a great fit for you.
JOB SUMMARY: Under limited/moderate supervision, the Business Analyst 2 collaborates with both Integrated Health Technologies (IHT), clinical and operational stakeholders, to conduct gap and needs assessments, and define objectives to support cyber security incident response actions and extended downtime needs. The Business Analyst 2 translates health system feedback and input into conceptual plans, and procedures, and facilitates necessary education and training on program documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as a liaison to navigate technical and clinical processes to inform actions associated with cyber resiliency to include downtime readiness, cyber security incident response, and disaster recovery support
- Responsible for the coordination of approved workgroups to include planning, scheduling, ensuring timely completion of assigned work, and completion of all project objectives
- Leads multidisciplinary project meetings and provides written and oral presentations on current status and achievement of objectives
- Coordinates with clinical and operational partners to develop all aspects of planning, training, and evaluation of widespread downtime procedures and documentation
- Coordinate with clinical, operational and IHT partners to define essential clinical workflows and associated applications
- Responsible for tracking and cross-coordination of dependencies within and between projects and programs
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: (Minimum qualifications required for the job)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience: 2 years additional relevant experience.
- Licenses/Certifications: None
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSN, RN, LPN, or other clinical experience
- Understanding of the hospital / healthcare delivery system
- Experience managing complex projects
