Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and forecasting of medical and non-medical inventory level based on historical trends, reoccurring buys, seasonal forecasts, purchase trends, and current inventory levels.
- Responsible for the most complex inventory assignments for a broad scope of product and vendors, as well as developing and maintaining the highest levels of inventory strategies.
- Reviews and sets optimal inventory levels using system generated demand plans and best in class reorder methods and tools. Reviews forecasted demand with appropriate stakeholders and makes adjustments based on forecast accuracy and localized service area climate(s).

When skills are not needed for crisis situations, the Crisis RN will round in all units on patients requiring closer monitoring, or those recently transferred out of Critical Care. CSU is looking for adventurous people that want to help across the system.
You’ll be able to travel and gain experience at all eight St. Luke’s locations – Boise, Meridian, Nampa, McCall, Wood River, Elmore, Magic Valley, and Jerome. Typical assignments are 13-weeks in length at any of our eight St. Luke’s sites across the System but could be as short as one week depending on need. When you're not on assignment, you will be required to work at your home-base hospital. Your “home base” can be located at any of our St. Luke’s sites.

What you can expect from this role
- This is a permanent position with St. Luke's Health System and eligible for employee benefits including PTO
- Full Time variable shift (required to work both days & nights); Shifts will not be changed more than once in a 6-week block
- When you travel outside of your home area, it also includes a $100/wk food stipend
- Housing allowance or accommodations at one of our owned condos/apartments
- Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement to and from the assignment
- Tiered compensation rate based on your nursing degree and experience

- Education: Nursing Degree
- Experience: 2 years RN experience in Med-Surg
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
